Kitchen at The Co-Op- a women owned and run shared/commissary kitchen offering 3 stations each with stainless steel prep tables, storage space, access to refrigeration and freezer space during kitchen rental which can be rented individually or all-together.
Equipment: Full Size Convection Oven, Blast Chiller, 30 Gallon Tilt Skillet. Roboute Coupe Food Processor and Emersion Blender, Range, Induction Burners, Commercial Toaster, Commercial Pizza Oven, 30 Quart Mixer, Meat Slicer, Pots. Pans and a large variety of small wares.
Includes: online scheduling, video surveillance, day/night access, utilities, 3-compartment sink, commercial dishwasher, sanitizers/chemicals, towels, access to small-wares and pots and pans. We also have dry, cooler and freezer space available for monthly rental through The Co-Op
Fees $16-$25 hr
What We Require:
Security Deposit of $250
Food Manager Certification
Commercial General Liability Insurance
Metro Health Food Establishment Permit, State Food Manufacturing License or DSHS Consumable Hemp Product License.
