The Co-op Kitchen

We are thrilled to be able to support our local culinary community, whether you’re a chef, manufacturing company or simply looking for a place to experiment or perform product development!
Our CO-OP Commercial Kitchen has 3 stations with 3 ranges, which can be rented individually or all-together. Includes: online scheduling, video surveillance, day/night access, utilities, 3-compartment sink, commercial dishwasher, sanitizers/chemicals, towels, access to pots and pans. We also have rentable dry storage and cooler space available to our CO-OP members.
You will also have access to our Moon Art Space for food/product photo and video shoots or for filming live or pre-recorded content, such as an online cooking show.
Fees for Monthly Usage ($20/hr):
  • 10 hours for $200
  • 25 hours for $500
  • 40 hours for $800
  • 60 hours for $1,200
  • 100 hours for $2,000
What We Require:
  • Security Deposit of $150
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Food Handler’s Permits
  • Commercial General Liability Insurance
  • Food Establishment Permit for those storing on-site
