Are you a chef without a restaurant or simply wanting to test out a new dish on some very enthusiastic gourmands? Hop in on the Ghost Kitchen Pop-Up – it’s an easy, low-risk way to dip your toes in the culinary pool.
Every Friday and Saturday Night, we offer 3 individual set-ups/ranges in our commercial kitchen for chefs/cooks to utilize in order to test market and sell their food to-go. We have a street food tent and the CO-OP will help to promote. You can rent one or more set-ups at a time.
Unlike most restaurant takeovers, we only take 25% of sales as the fee for the use of our commercial kitchen and you keep the rest. No overhead, no muss, no fuss!
