How do you nourish the community, and how can we help?
You can join The CO-OP SA in many different capacities, including calling this your company home. We aim to be a comprehensive co-op that provides for the various needs of our industry brothers and sisters.
We have a total of three units (305, 306, 307) that equals 7,500 sq. ft. of space. See below to see the services we will be able to provide soon. Pre-leasing is now available. Message us to learn more!
CO-OP Kitchen - Commercial Kitchen
Includes 3 set-up stations / 3 ranges.
Fee: $20/hr. with a $250 deposit.

Business Facility Space
545 sq. ft. space available for 91 cents/sq. ft., located in Unit 305.
Will require build-out.

Ghost Kitchen Pop-Up
Every Friday and Saturday Night (5 to 10 pm), we offer 3 individual set-ups/ranges in our commercial kitchen for chefs/cooks to utilize in order to test market and sell their food to-go. We have a street food tent and the CO-OP will help to promote. You can rent one or more at a time.
Fee: $25% of sales.

Office Spaces (14 available)
We currently have office spaces available for rent in Unit 305, located on the 2nd floor.
Size: 7 ½’ x 10’
Includes: WI-FI, A/C, lighting/electricity, sprinkler system
Fee: $100/m

Food Truck Commissary
We offer a safe, gated and monitored space to accommodate all of your commissary needs, including dumping gray water and oil, as well as composting.
Our facility is monitored by security cameras that are easily accessible via your phone.
We follow San Antonio mobile vending requirements.
Fee: $225/m
Food Truck Commissary Letter
We offer a safe and easy space to fill up your H2O, dump gray water and oil, as well as composting, and can provide you with a notarized commissary letter.
Our facility is monitored by security cameras that are easily accessible via your phone.

Fee: $150/y
Pallet and Dry Storage (44 pallet spaces/6 cages)
We have a variety of different storage spaces available for rent, ideal for food trucks or restaurants with limited capacity needing dry storage space:
Pallet Space with Loader: 3 shelving units high; Can fit 2 pallets side-by-side.
Fee: $60/shelf per month
Dry Storage Space: 6x6; must provide own shelving.
Fee: $125/cage per month
Freezer Storage
We have freezer storage space available for rent, ideal for food trucks or restaurants with limited capacity needing dry storage space:
Cooler/Freezer Shelf Space (Units 305 and 307)
Fee: $35/shelf per month
Moon Art Space
Building a powerful food company means creating memorable artwork, and we have just the space! Moon Art Space has 3 infinity walls and is available to rent out for photo and video shoots or special events.
Additional Assets
The facility comes with a 3-compartment sink, mop sink, bathroom and communal area.
